ORCAS
(aka Killer Whales)
The Orca represents power, wisdom, family and focus!
Within the Turtle is Mother Earth;
The Salmon is the survivor;
while the Octopus is a private spirit, shy and introspective;
Walrus is tremendous strength and fortitude;
As is the Eagle Who Flies close to the Great Spirit!
Find the Ladybug, she is good luck and happiness!

The following are pictures of some of the most beautiful and powerful creatures on Earth. Their only natural enemy is man, but we seem to be dangerous enough..

My adopted Whale, Grace (L-2)!
This is the biography of the Orca my Mum adopted for me for Christmas 2002. She has the same name as my mother, and one of her grandchildren was born on the same date as my mother's birthday in 1999. To see more on the Southern Resident Orca Community, click on the image above.

Okay, so I admit that I'll never grow up. This inflatable Orca hung in the stairwell of my house in Panama. The window behind it was visible from the road that curved down the hill behind out house. I got a lot of comments from people wondering "What the heck...?" that thing was.
The following are links to some really cool sites about Orcas!!
Keiko, the whale that starred in Free Willie has been freed and is being carefully reintroduced to the wild, hopefully to be reunited with his pod. To donate to the Humane Society to help fund Keiko's reintroduction to the wild, click the above link or on the picture of Keiko.
